Hey! Today I am writing about a few Photo editors and Graph designers that are available for free and can be used directly via internet/browser. These online editors don't require any piece of extra software i.e. they are completely web based and will let you do all basic edits such as remove background, resize image, apply filters, adjust colors & more!

So let's take a look.

1. CANVA

• CANVA is the first online editor on this list. It is actually a Graphic Designing site where you can create various types of Graphics such as Instagram posts, animated posts, blog banners, facebook covers, Posters, Presentations, Logos, Flyers, postcards and more! 

• CANVA gives you a lot of creative freedom. Whatever you want, you can create. It has tons of prebuilt templates which make the process of creating anything super easy.

• From tons of different fonts, font styles, pre built post templates for every category to a huge selection of free stock images and graphics! This site really doesn't lack content.

• You can create and save your project/design on your account and download it any time you like.

• You can create awesome Animated posters and even videos for free!

2. PIXLR

Pixlr Interface

• PIXLR is another free online image editor that let's you create graphic designs or edit them professionally. The site offers 2 modes for editing - Pixlr X (Express) and Pixlr E (Editor).

• Pixlr X is the lightweight Pixlr express version (similar to phone) that let's you apply filters, adjust some color settings, crop, add elements, draw on image, liquify & more.

• Pixlr E is the feature rich editor version (similar to photoshop) that let's you perform pretty much any operation on the image such as Adding layers, Cropping, Healing, Object removal, Color adjustments, Filters, Masking, Gradients, Writing text on images, Pen tools, Dodge/Sponge tools & more.

• The interface and features of Pixlr E remind me of Adobe Photoshop, especially that left & top tool panels in the UI. 

• So overall, Pixlr is pretty good if you want a free and fully feature rich online image editor that is capable of both lightweight edits and the more professional edits.

3. PHOTO EDITOR

• I guess it's just called Photo Editor...? But Ok, Photo Editor is the next free online image editor on this list. This site looks pretty basic but it does what it is supposed to do.

• You can do play around with Blur, sharpen, RGB curves, color picker, crop, resize erase, red eye removal, correct lens distortion, draw on image, add text, apply various filters and effects and get the job done!

Simple right? It Is.

 

• This site might be the best if you are on a slower internet connection as the site is very basic and doesn't have the prettiest of interface, which obviously would be best for you in this case.

4. Be Funky

Be funky Interface

• Now this site called Be funky also offers 2 types of editors called Graphics Design & Photo Editor.

• Similar to PIXLR, the Graphics Design version allows the user to create graphical content such as posters, banners, covers and more.

• And the editor version let's you edit images in the typical fashion.

• The site is fine but one thing that really made me dislike the site is that most of even the basic features such as Cut outs, vignetting, most effects & textures, frames and more are all Paid features. 

I mean... Paying to apply a basic Vignette effect on your image ? IDK.

• I still included this site in the list because some people might not need any of those premium features, and also the site ranks pretty high so I am guessing the site has a good amount of users already who are using it for free or even paying. 

• That tells me the site is old and trusted by many. So I had to include it.

5. Lunapic

Lunapic Interface

• Lunapic is a similar editor to the number 3 on this list because it also features a very basic interface but has a good amount of editing capabilities.

• You can perform basic edits such as cutting, using pencil tool, magnify, paint bucket, apply gradient, use eye dropper tool, draw shapes, add text on image & more.

• Apart from these basic commands, the site also offers a variety of artistic editing features such as Filters, Effects, Animation and many more adjustment tools as you can see in the images!

• Lunapic is really a powerful and feature packed online image editor. I was surprised after I saw the number of editing options it had!

• Definitely you should try this if you are looking for a good and fast free online photo editor.
